Responsible for department filing, procurement and correspondence. Assist in checking and entering cost accounting records and Bills of Material.

Performs social work interventions as directed by the treatment team, the treating psychiatrist and/or the Lead Social Worker. Documents in the medical record.

Manages credit and collection activities such as following up with past due accounts, credit risk monitoring, new customer set up, regular customer credit

Must have the ability to conference calls, transfer calls, park calls, place customers on hold and periodically let them know we are still here.

A bachelors degree is a plus, but equivalent and relevant work experience will substitute. Maintain active and terminated personnel files.
