Work with Board on scheduling meetings, board workshops, and ensuring materials and agenda for calls and meetings. Monitor calls and take minutes.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appoints for the insurance agents to meet with the policy

Performs other duties as needed to include: assisting with disaster calls, fire calls, and bomb threats according to policy;

Coming to work everyday with a warm, charismatic attitude, providing welcoming service to a longstanding and loyal group of bar regulars.
