• The Primary responsibility of Accounts Receivable is to accurately follow the inflow of cash into the company. Ensure that customers are paying on time, as well as balancing the GL.
• Processing payments via checks, credit cards, wire transfer and ACH (entering in computer and processing through check scanner.
• Collections via email, fax, and phone.
• Ability to research, analyze and process credits and debits.
• Processing Drop orders if CC, run the CC and apply payment after billing.
• Prior to posting at night, add up sales on post to balance with the sales journal.
• Balance to General Ledger daily.
• Process month-end closing which requires working late on the last day of the month.
• Check credit for customer requesting open terms, complete credit inquiries for vendors.
• Managing sales tax certificates.
• Balance bank statements monthly
• Keep checkbook up to date.
• Update credit card fees.
• Maintain petty cash.
• Bring deposits to the bank weekly.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
