Daily accounting of cash, check and web receipts. Assist Development Director with grant accounting and reporting. Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.

Interest in plant and environmental science a plus. Ensure all farm equipment is clean and in good, working order. Ability to use a tablet or smartphone.

Strong mechanical aptitude, ideally with prior hands on experience working with power tools and or machine tools to make or repair products.

Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Prepare invoices and take payments.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field/s. Calculate labor cost distribution ratio based on sales amount by cost centers.
