What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an Associate PM to join our Distributor Tools team. This team is responsible for creating web/mobile apps that enable Distributors to serve their customers personally and scale their businesses.

What you’ll do
- Drive desired outcomes and optimize user experience by supporting projects through problem definition, shaping, prototyping, development, release, and maintenance
- Engage in product discovery process through weekly interviewing, research, and other activities, eventually maturing to the level where you can lead product discovery efforts for a piece of our app
- Help write user stories and answer developer questions on new functionality
- Be the product expert: Perform customer service duties for new product launches and help users troubleshoot errors
- Produce help center articles and video tutorials for new software features
- Use analytics tools to find insights on users
- Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators in your area of charge

- You’ve worked with a cross-functional team to build software
- You’ve developed strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- You’re excited about our mission to make health more accessible to more people
Remote / in-office options
- Ideally you will be able to come to our Provo Office once week during the first six months of this role
- With permission, this role can become fully remote
