Medical assistant: 1 year (Preferred). Medical assistant experience in a medical and/or dental office. Inform patients of pathology/laboratory results.

Graphic design: 3 years (Required). Convert supplied artwork to various formats and troubleshoot any artwork issues that arise during production.

Two years education in graphic design, 5-year practical experience with 3 year of print production experience. Monitor graphics supplies and order as needed.

Receive and process phone calls and other patient communication, from patients, assess the nature of the situation and manage triage accordingly.

This position will require initiative, judgment, and independent decision-making skills. Two years of clerical/administrative experience within Strategy or HR
