Hill and Vine is a mid-scale, casual, culinary destination focused on Texas ingredients and superior hospitality. Located in Downtown Fredericksburg TX, Food and Wine Capitol of the Texas Hill Country.

Our goal is to provide our guests with an unparalleled dining experience. We provide thoughtful customer service, with carefully curated ingredients, in a relaxing and inviting setting. This allows our guest to experience the finest hospitality around.

We are searching for team players who are inspired by hospitality and the bounty of Texas to join our Team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greeting and welcoming customers

· Taking orders

· Making drinks per recipe

· Serving alcohol

· Busing, cleaning, and restocking bar

· Providing superior customer service

· Prep or side work

· Preparing bill and processing payment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• TABC and Food Handlers Certification
• Team oriented
• Customer Service focused
• Willing to help attitude
• We can train the rest!

Salary

· Pay is $12.00 hr., plus tips, plus guaranteed tip out based on sales

· Paid Time Off for all employees

· Discounted Health Benefits available after 60 Days
