Green Meadows Wellness Center One, LLC., is a private practice specializing in behavioral health services We are located in Corbin, KY. We pride ourselves on being professional, innovative, and collaborative.

We are currently seeking to employ someone that is willing to work a part-time position with aspirations of achieving full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the provider
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
• Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
• Deal with appointments by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
• Complete procedures when patients arrive and leave
• Prepare invoices and take payments
• Take and pass on messages to providers
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
• Inform providers of patient arrivals or cancellations
• Enter patient data and send correspondence
• Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail

The working hours are 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Per-hour pay increases after 90 days of employment and an on-site evaluation.
