ZINKPOWER- Stoughton is looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a team player who is detail-oriented, customer-centric, has a proven work ethic, and has excellent communication, multi-tasking, and technical skills.

You will be responsible for a variety of office functions, including the following:

• First point of contact to greet clients
• Utilizes computer system accurately/efficiently
• Provide administrative support and complete special projects as they arise
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries
• Invoicing customers
• Processes company accounts receivable and payable daily
• Verifies the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
• Monitor all company aging reports, communicating any issues in a timely manner
• Assists in developing and organizing new customer accounts
• Maintains all electronic and backup paper files, ensuring current contact information is correct on all accounts
• Organizes all records/files regarding collections of invoices
• Prepare and maintain detailed spreadsheets
• All other duties as required

Qualifications

• Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Construction/Manufacturing experience preferred
