Architects Alaska is seeking qualified applicants for the position of CAD/BIM Production Specialist- highly skilled with recent Revit and AutoCAD and software. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

- Highly self-motivated / self-directed, competent with working both independently as a collaborating, proactive team member

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

The position’s primary duty is to produce architectural drawings and build BIM models of architectural building designs to our office’s BIM / CAD standards. Understanding graphic representation and construction documents is required. Knowledge of architectural construction standards and engineering systems is extremely helpful, but we understand that expertise comes from on-the job experience. A willingness to learn is a must. Previous architecture firm experience is preferred, but not required.

The position’s secondary duties are to work on 3D renderings and visuals, and assisting with our marketing department’s graphic design efforts as needed.
