About the Work...
As the Brand & Marketing Graphic Designer for Gale, you will use your passion for design to create effective and aesthetically compelling brand assets (and guidelines) and marketing content for growth, lifecycle and sales campaigns. In this role, you will need to be a self-starter, capable of understanding brand design, initiating creative ideas and delivering innovative, professional content within given deadlines–with a very high level of aesthetic impact, accuracy and attention to detail.
In this role, you will…
- Audit and elevate the Gale brand–including aesthetic considerations, assessment and up-leveling of brand style elements (where necessary) and global implementation of high-level design quality to Gale’s marketing and communications assets.
- Update official Gale brand guidelines as new ideas are suggested, approved and adopted, enterprise-wide
- Create and design a wide range of advertising and marketing materials and assets for use in digital and print channels within brand guidelines for Gale. Such materials may include, but not limited to:
- Print and digital ads
- Flyers, decks, brochures and related print or digital informational materials
- Digital signage, banners, animations
- Web sites, landing pages and marketing emails
- Trade show and event booths, graphics and SWAG
- Corporate collateral and related documents
- Other static and animated designs, as needed
- Have experience and expertise in most, if not all of the following applications/suites:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, (Premiere, After Effects experience a plus)
- Figma, XD or similar UX design apps experience helpful (especially related to web design)
- Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D application(s) a plus
- Google Docs/Apps Suite experience a plus
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and other (possibly external) teams and/or agencies with regard to creative content, scheduling, deadlines, and logistics.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and understanding of best practices, application updates and changes, to maintain Gale productions at the forefront of industry standards
