Job Description:

• As a Business Analyst for ATS, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable reporting platforms, defining and tracking reliable metrics, and building self-service analysis tools to support the rapidly growing demand for data, which will have an immediate influence on business decision making.

Responsibilities include

• Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish relationship between multiple data sources
• Provide data insights to uncover the product improvement opportunities.
• Develops scripts to process data to support business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts.
• Generates composite queries to dive deep on business related issues. Efficient in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts
• Has extensive knowledge of developing dashboards on Tableau and BI tools. Exhibits advanced excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

• Team Culture:
• Client Manager and a small team with 3 other team members.
• They deal with carrier performance. The team is very hands on and collaborative.
• All members have good a capability to dive deep. The HM is very hands on and they move pretty fast on projects.
• The team is looking for a candidate to operate independently and not be scared to take owner ship with stake holders to get job done.
• Though a lot of work will be done independently, the candidate can also still reach out to the team if they are in need for help.

Key projects:

• Carrier performance metrics for global programs.
• Customer promise performance (how we dive deep to undercover potential issues within the network that the team needs to improve on.
• With a focus on performance issues. Looking for someone who is hands on with data and developing tableau dashboards and excel sheets to tell the story with data.
