• Strong technical background with demonstrated experience in data analysis
• Ability to present complicated data in an easy-to-understand visual format
• Ability to turn data into meaningful insights
• 2 years experience in data analytics, statistics or any similar field - a plus
• Proven experience collaborating with various departments and teams
• Knowledge of SQL - a must
• Knowledge of Python/R - a plus
• Familiarity with PowerBI - a plus
• Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems
• Fast learner, SaaS/tech-savvy: complete and total comfort in using modern platforms like Google Docs, Gmail & Google Sheets.

• Collaborate with team leaders and team members in order to understand the initiative/need
• Analyze each need and the data that will support the particular goal
• Export data from our internal company systems, at times using SQL
• Analyze data sets and how they can answer the goal of each initiative
• Think creatively about other alternatives if the initial data does not speak to the goal
• Prepare a spreadsheet or visually pleasing slide to clearly explain the data and relevant insights
• Suggest and help build scalable solutions for repetitive tasks commonly requested
• Initiate new ideas to improve the team’s operations
• Share feedback with the Product team during relevant projects
• Participate in weekly ad-hoc meetings with the Operations team to review current open projects, updates on progress, and discuss challenges
