Qualifications

About your role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations for targeted healthcare facilities. You will also be provided with prepared lists of accounts to prospect, qualify, and nurture then gain interest with stakeholders via calls, email, and other tech channels for outreach.

The Business manager will provide education to the healthcare facilities on using the PRN on Demand staffing solution. You will negotiate new contracts and be able to oversee the growth of the company in that region. Strong interpersonal skills, working independently and as part of a team to oversee the growth and development of the company. The following are additional things that encompassed your role as a business development manager.

• Perform prospect visits, virtually or in person to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other potential partners to educate and inform on PRN on Demand staffing platform.
• Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships
• Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities
• Work with a small team of marketing professionals and telemarketers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
