Will receive and register clients or visitors, fields and relays incoming calls. Fields telephone calls, operates internal paging system.

Licenses: A valid state driver's license is required. A bachelor's degree in agriculture, marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration

Eligible or licensed in Arizona as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with over the top customer service capabilities.

Minimum three years inside sales experience, preferably in a distribution, construction or manufacturing environment. Inside sales: 3 years (Preferred).

Booking and coordinating meetings/conferences, conference calls, and other executive events for Executive Team. Mortgage Banking Experience strongly preferred.
