New team member needs experience in bookkeeping, sales computation, profit/loss analysis, billing, general ledger, and other office tasks.

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Medical, dental, life, 401(k), and more.

Prior HVAC sales or HVAC technical experience a must. Develop new accounts through networking, trade shows, and territory canvassing.

Applicants with a landscape design, landscape architecture background or exterior design are appropriate for this position.

Ability to estimate from schematic design through construction documents. Work collaboratively with the design team, owner, and subcontractors.
