Over The Road Mentor

Job Description:
  • Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England policies.
  • Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.
Delivery Locations:
  • 48 lower states
Schedule:
  • Home Time: 3-4 Days every 3-4 Weeks
Compensation:
  • Mileage Pay Split
  • Mentor and Network Bonuses
  • Safety Bonus Incentives
Equipment:
  • Company provided sleeper trucks pulling 53-ft trailers.
  • All trucks are automatic transmissions. Top of the Line Equipment.
