Build and lead a team of 20+ staff to deliver high-quality ECE programming in 7 unique classrooms serving 90 children ages 1-5+.

Manage the center’s day-to-day operations per licensing guidelines and NAEYC accreditation.

Proactively communicate with families, clients, staff, and licensing to set clear expectations, maintain high safety standards and provide excellent customer service.

Build strong partnerships with families to nurture each child’s individual development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
• Technical, Organizational, and Marketing skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
