JOB PURPOSE
The Team
The newly founded and multiskilled Data & Analytics team aims at delivering data across CHC globally. The team is composed of several entities “Data Governance”, “Advanced Analytics”, “Data Modelling & Architecture”, “Program & Operations” and regional “Data & Analytics Lead”.
Your role as a Data & Analytics Lead for CHC North America Region
Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, your role is to ensure interaction between CHC business stakeholders from CHC North America region and the Data & Analytics team. You will have a direct impact on the regional business by enabling solutions, either by leveraging CHC Data & Analytics capabilities or by enabling local solutions, in agreement with the CHC data standards.

Your key responsibilities will be
Drive alignment across business regional stakeholders to ensure adoption of enterprise governance, best practices, and other standards (and monitor adherence to data managements standard?)
Actively partner with regional stakeholders to understand their data needs and challenges and, in line with CHC Data & Analytics central standard’s, help them find solution forward to drive improvement
Actively communicate with central Data & Analytics team to keep track of latest innovation or seek for support
Keep track (Be responsible?) for the data solutions developed locally in the entire region
Recommend KPIs and develop reports to communicate towards Regional Heads as well as Data & Analytics central team.
Contribute to the Data & Analytics team by being collaborative, sharing best practices, success stories and participate in the team’s continuous improvement approach
Own the delivery of data products for the region from resource, budget, and timeline perspective
This position is an individual contributor role at the moment with many indirect FTEs including external contractors/ service providers
PROFILE
Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications
Strong experience in collaborating with management & top management stakeholders
Strong understanding of databases and data structures
Experience with process design, implementation, and improvement
Exposure to tools used to support data management, specifically business glossary and metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality
Strong ability to identify, quantify, and effectively raise business risks associated with data quality or non-compliance
Experience developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and/or procedures
Rigorous, attention to detail to map data systems and curious to understand what is behind each data field
Understanding local data privacy laws and regulations
Define a D&A roadmap for the region and drive implementation
Work on RFP’s and vendor selection for the prioritized demands with detailed ROI
Ensure budget planning and allocation for the regional initiatives
This position will be reporting directly to the Global head of data & analytics and dotted to the regional head of digital CHC
Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications
Excellent capacity to dig business issue, find value at stake and develop consistent, clear analysis to drive action plan
Experience in implementing multiple mid to large scale data & analytics programs
Experience in the data & analytics technology stack including Snowflake, AWS, Informatica, Power BI and others is a must
Transversal experience with projects involving business functions such as Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, ERP (SAP)
Familiarity with data science methods and scaling data science methods
Familiarity with cloud computing and data storages.
Excel, PowerPoint, Word
One or multiple of the following visualization skills such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong Project management experience & support: working knowledge of JIRA, service now, Confluence, Teams, Slack and other collaboration tools & solutions
Soft and Behavioral Skills
Ability to collaborate with management & top management
Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results

Your Background
+10 years of experience in general management, data management or IT management
Preferred qualifications: Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Team management experience is a strong plus
Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus
