Our office is looking for a professional and friendly face, a bright, motivated, multitask person to help us keep our office running smoothly. We have been caring for patients in our neighborhood for over 27 years and a professional team player individual is must.

Some of the responsibilities will include: checking-in patients, collecting co-pays, answering phones, processing new patient information, insurance verification, medical chart and file maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be:

-Responsible and trustworthy.

-Excellent skills in communication and basic computers skills.

-Be able to multitask and prioritize during busy and down times.

The afternoon schedule is from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm Mon, Tues, Wend, and Friday and 1st and 3rd Saturdays a month, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Closed on Thursdays and Sundays.

We will train an excellent candidate.
