ReindeerTek is seeking employees that have an existing TS/SCI Polygraph clearance for a Software Release Manager position supporting a classified customer. This role will leverage knowledge and background skills in Release Management to supporting a newly developed in house product.

Responsibilities:

• Must have active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance prior to applying
• Coordinating across multiple teams for release management, outages, impacts and risk management
• Injecting process improvements into release and configuration management to ensure requirements are properly captured for end customers
• Building operations plans and enforcing standardization across teams and fabrics for enterprise systems
• Removing team blockers and managing risks for team and operational efforts
• Maintaining schedules and increasing tracking, dissemination and knowledge base across the teams and external customers
• Providing validation of release plans to include in depth reviews of team plans
• Taking on additional projects as needed to expand the Ft. Independence scope and mission
• Working closely within a team and broader organization

Desired Skills:

• Close experience working with software developers and knowledge of modern coding principles, continuous integration pipelines, and automation-first implementation
• Understanding of information security postures and engineering of secure solutions, and experience providing security documentation
• Experience with migrating workloads to the cloud
• Injecting detailed technical direction into teams for adoption
