Candidates must have excellent communication and organization skills with interest in finance, retirement and financial planning.

A position at an independent financial planning practice will expose the candidate to a wide range of activities. Everyday s/he will be challenged to provide superior customer services. As a key team member, the candidate will be charged with ensuring operations follow stringent government regulations on multiple levels.

Requirements: Candidates must have excellent communication and organization skills with interest in finance, retirement and financial planning. The candidate must be able to intake client inquiries (via telephone, email and personal meeting) and review their requests and work with team members to find and follow up on the best possible solution for their client. Candidates must have the confidence to place outbound requests to clients and companies through all communication avenues to complete pending processing and/or appointment follow up. A minimum of a two-year administrative degree or related experience required; four-year degree in marketing or business preferred.
