The studio was borne out of an entrepreneurial spirit that is striving to hit the reset button on corporate America. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• First and foremost, the growth and profitability of the Studio
• Serve as the lead point of contact for customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Serve as a culture builder and transformative leader
• Ensure the design and implementation of a long-range strategy in order to maintain financial health and create sustainability in a time of growth and scaling
• Effectively align systems and structures across teams and functions to maximize impact

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Marketing or related field
• Knowledge on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office applications, various Abobe Software and the ability to learn and utilize other software programs in an ever changing technological environment
