PHARMACIST - ONCOLOGY PHARMACY:

Our client, a modern acute care hospital that consistently ranks among the best hospitals in the nation is looking for an Oncology Pharmacist for their oncology pharmacy program. The facility is located in the Mid-Atlantic Region with close proximity to Philadelphia and Baltimore and resides close to a beach resort. As a Clinical Oncology pharmacist, you will provide clinical support for all oncology pharmacy programs. Schedule is day shift Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides order review of all medications, with a focused, more intense review of chemotherapy and other high-risk medication therapies with emphasis on safety and efficacy.
• Educates medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff about the management, prescribing and monitoring of oncology therapies including chemotherapy agents.
• Serves as an oncology resource to the inpatient Department of Pharmacy.

Required or desired credentials or experience of applicants: B.S. in Pharmacy and/or a Pharm.D. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified and/or have completed Residency training. Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, sign-on bonus and relocation programs.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
