Associates or bachelors degree (accounting or business administration preferred) or related work experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, the general public and other staff members.

Must have one full year of Class B bobtail delivery experience and no automatic restriction on the license in order to qualify. All local work, home daily.
