We are currently seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. This is a full-time position working out of our Honolulu office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
• Forecast cash flow.
• Review, analyze and present financial statements to the management team.
• Conduct monthly financial project review meetings with the project managers.
• Oversee and review preparation of tax returns by our external CPAs.
• Manage work in progress (WIP) reporting.
• Perform analysis for improved cost management and increased profits.
• Oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable process.
• Assist management with important financial decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of Sage 300 preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
