Anchor Light Therapy Collective is a couples and family therapy practice in Seattle, WA. We are building a team of remote couples’ therapists that are licensed in WA. This is a W-2 salary position. We are looking for exceptional therapist who are passionate about working with couples and adult individuals. REQUIREMENT:

• Masters-level degree or higher in a mental health-related field
• Active Unrestricted WA license LMHC LMFT or LICSW
• Couples Therapy Experience
• Gottman Method Level One and Two Trained
• Private space where clinician can conduct sessions.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client hours per week.
• Available a minimum of 20 hours per week to schedule clients.
• Caseload will consist of a combination of couples and adult individual clients.

Job Types: Full Time

Compensation $65 per billed direct client hour. $20 per admin hour.
