NBOA is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to help our growing CSR team. Not very familiar with boats? That’s ok! We are willing to train any person who has strong customer support skills.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Duties

• Servicing a group of designated customers, answering questions, and handling communications regarding their policies (via email or phone), as they arise
• Working in various insurance companies’ websites, pulling proper information, updating customer information, and processing new or renewing policy documents
• Processing customer payments through NBOA’s online payment portal
• Work alongside NBOA Insurance Agents to request new quotes or insurance rates for customers when necessary

Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements

• Positive and helpful attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications
• Looking for at least 2 years of customer support experience
• General boating knowledge is a plus, but not required
