Integrity Staffing of Oklahoma is hiring for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative needed for Tulsa Manufacturing Company.

Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Pay: $18+ BOE

Well established, full service vacuum forming company located in Tulsa, OK has immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for an individual that is energetic, highly motivated, detail oriented professional with both excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will be responsible for supporting customer relations and office duties to enhance the organization with outstanding customer support.

• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings STRONGLY preferred.
• ***Must have customer service experience in a manufacturing industry.***
• Interviewing, hiring, training, developing, guiding daily activities, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Reviews orders, PO’s, invoicing and customer correspondence for accurate details.
• Work collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives
• Works with Operations, Sales and Production to deliver exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient use in Microsoft Office and Excel and Outlook REQUIRED
• Reviewing Orders, PO's invoicing and customer correspondence for accurate details experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask
• Motivated, self- starter, HIGHLY dependable
• Detail oriented and professional focusing on data integrity
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings preferred
• ERP experience with Infor Visual a plus
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test
