SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION: Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers by providing top of the line customer service, extensive product knowledge, and unmatched support to our salon partners.

MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Effectively communicate all information and/or questions regarding orders to customers

2. Execute customer follow-up for any open matters

3. Inform and educate customers of new and existing product assortments

4. Utilizes technology to handle high call volumes, verify customer information and record pertinent account information.

5. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:

· Collaborate across departments to collect and communicate information

· Work proactively with Support Squad & Customer Service Team Peer and Leadership

· Collaborate with Support Squad & Customer Service Team to ensure client’s expectations are exceeded

2. Document all customer communication for more effective internal communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven success as Customer Service Representative

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
