Job Title: Customer Service Representative - SKRE Gear Hunting Apparel

Job Overview: We are seeking a customer service representative (IN HOUSE ONLY. REMOTE INQUIRYS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO) who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in the hunting apparel industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in hunting, and be able to use our gear to provide recommendations to customers. In addition to providing customer service, this individual will be expected to build relationships with customers over the phone and manage emails and phone calls coming in from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use product knowledge and hunting experience to provide accurate recommendations to customers
• Provide friendly, efficient, and effective customer service over the phone and through email
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and handle complaints professionally
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in the hunting industry
• Assist in the planning and execution of events throughout the year

Qualifications:

• Experience in hunting and a passion for the hunting industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls and emails if nessasary
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
