The perfect candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries by email and telephone.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
• Achieve licensing in property and casualty in the first six months.
• Provide customers with information about products or services; assist with resolving problems.
