We are looking for a long-term candidate that is well-organized and ready to go the extra mile for the customer. The position requires a high energy, detail-oriented person who can assist in all manner of freight coordination. This individual also needs to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Management, customers, and air/ocean carriers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop skills in data entry of transportation data from a regulatory and tracking perspective

- Insures proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments

- Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner

-Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones as specified on Standard Operating Procedures

- Understand air and ocean shipping operation procedures

- Coordinate with various parties to arrange freight - Being knowledgeable with various destination export regulations

-Ensure that customers are billed timely

-Bookkeeping experience
