• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and families
• Supervise and interactive play with 3 and 4 year old children
• Create activities that are both for and educational for three year old children
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a school that fosters an inviting and nurturing environment
• Help manage day-to-day activities, including free play, structured lessons, bathroom breaks, outside play, meal times, and rest periods
• Report to Director with any questions or concerns
• Maintain a nurturing attitude to students and others
• Work as a team to ensure the cleanliness of the classroom and school
• Closing procedures in the classroom
• Participate in family engagement activities
• Other tasks as assigned
• Must be 18 years or older for state requirements
