DenMed, a leading and VA based mobile dental company, is seeking a motivated experienced clinical dental professional (Assistants – Hygienist) who are seeking to follow their passion for dental but transition from chairside to the corporate dental industry where they can apply their strong dental knowledge to helping improve access to care for nursing care home residents.

This remote position entails traveling to local nursing facilities working with lead dental providers and nursing care facility staff. Must have clinical chairside experience with extractions, chairside X-rays, fillings and dentures. In addition, position includes a management role of facility scheduling, patient communication and administrative duties. Outbound phone sales environment. Responsible for communicating with nursing care resident’s families regarding access to onsite mobile dental care products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Utilize available dental knowledge and sales tools to present effective product presentations and offers by emphasizing the additional value and benefits of receiving onsite preventive dental care.

• Service active accounts and provide outstanding customer service

• Articulate the value of the mobile product line in making access to dentistry easier (and increase value to families and nursing homes accounts)

• Collaborate with external partners such as DenMed Regional Area Managers, Lead Dental Providers and DenMed brand and increase awareness in Nursing Homes.

• Travel required (Assigned Territory)

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of dental office experience required--dental assistant/hygienist clinical chairside experience is preferred

• Proven success and strong inside sales acumen

• Strong interpersonal skills with a results driven focus

• Outstanding phone presentation and communication skills

• Previous sales experience is a plus

• Computer literate (CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Goal oriented, self-motivated, and possesses the desire to learn and to succeed

WHAT’S ON OFFER:

• Full-Time Base salary with competitive incentive/bonus structure

• Bachelor's (Preferred but not needed)

Pay: $32,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
