LEAD Healthcare has been contracted to increase support team members for their client, a dental services provider reimagining dentistry from the ground up. Offering a full range of services, from cleanings, to restorations, to orthodontics, to oral surgery. They’re building new dental studios in major metro areas across the U.S., including NYC, DC, Boston, Atlanta, and Nashville. And we’re looking for dental assistants to join their rapidly growing team.

· Dental assistants at The Kendall Square in Boston is a key part of helping our patients look forward to the dentist.

· Dental assistants prepare suites to provide a calm and welcoming environment for patients.

If you’re a dental assistant who has:

· Your state-required certifications, registrations, or licenses for dental assistants

· Active CPR/BLS certification

Overview: We are looking for experienced dental assistants that are looking for flexibility in schedule, work life balance, fair wages and a fun work environment. We hire only employees that are self-starters, eager to learn, and have the patients to understand of what the doctor needs and what is best for the patients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet and prepare patients for treatment
  • Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
  • Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures
  • Provide post operative instructions and patient education
  • Prepare, breakdown, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
  • Maintain struct compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA
  • Maintain dental supply inventory
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
  • C.D.A. preferred
  • Strong verbal skills
  • Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state law
  • Embrace a positive team approach to patient care.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
