ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF DIETARY AIDE POSITION: Provide an efficient, exceptional dining experience with first-class customer service. Helps serve meals. Fills drink glasses for meal service. Returns soiled dishes and utensils to kitchen and loads dishwashing machine. Follow cleaning schedule by checking each day for job assignment in routine cleaning. Ability to maintain a pleasant attitude towards residents, staff, visitors and co-workers. Willing to develop self toward better performance and changing work habits as position demands. Respect Residents Rights and comply with Adult Abuse Policy. Comply with laws regulating Protected Health Information. Other duties as assigned by Dietary Manager/Head Cook/Administrator.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent, or still be in school. Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency. Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills.
