The Dietary Manager for our Shady Lane Inc. campus is responsible for assisting with the development of meal options, ordering food and supplies, supervising Dietary staff, and ensuring all Federal and State regulations are followed.

To be considered for this exciting position we are looking for the following qualifications:

- High school Diploma

- 1-2 years of experience in Food Service preferred

- Certification as a Dietary Manager or Degree in a related Food Service field is preferred, or a willingness to obtain a certification
