The Company operates out of multiple facilities, including two transfer stations. Job Purpose

As Digital Content Creator/Copywriter, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Create engaging written, image, and video content

· Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products

· Measure web traffic and monitor SEO

· Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness

· Enhance and maintain company website

· Oversee the layout of social media accounts

· Partner with internal departments to drive company initiatives

· Travel to work locations and offsite events for marketing material

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate profile includes:

• Experience in creation of social media content
• Graphic design experience
• Photography experience is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

· Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

• Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
• Familiarity with publishing and web design
• Formal education in relevant field is preferred
