About Our Job

Melrose International is seeking highly motivated and competent digital Marketing Coordinator to support our CREATIVE marketing team. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part of driving the digital narrative. Someone that is passionate about digital marketing and staying on the cutting edge of new strategies for growing and engaging an audience. Our ideal candidate may not have conventional qualifications such as a college degree or corporate marketing experience.

Melrose International has multiple showrooms located in Las Vegas, Dallas and Atlanta occasional travel might be necessary.

Core responsibilities include:

• Assist and manage the digital content creation and implementation of the website’s updates under direction of marketing manager.

• Basic webpage editing, email campaign building and automation with Active Campaign.

• Develops, maintains, and presents performance reports of social media, eblast, blog, and web strategies and traffic for marketing, sales, and executive teams.

• Remains apprised of advances in technology and trends in digital communications and applies acquired knowledge to job functions where appropriate.

• Cross training other roles in the department to assist where needed.

• Other duties as assigned. Can do attitude is a must.

Digital Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

• Experience 3+ years in digital marketing & Tech-savvy. Flexible for the right candidate.

• Flexible- many different divisions and moving parts.

• Loves to capitalize on new growth opportunities through a structured, curious, and data-driven approach.

• Strong presentational skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies, and tradeoffs in speech and writing.

• Active on social media.

• Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.

• Excel knowledge is a plus.

• Highly organized.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Strong Time & Project management

• Strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of web analytics.

• Strong presentation skills

• A sense of humor and/or the ability to have fun.

• Eye for trends and styles.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have experience in website development, website maintenance, marketing automation, lead capture and generation, and executing plans across social media channels. Candidate with a degree in mass communications, public relations, marketing, or 2 years plus of related experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
