MarCore is an innovative digital marketing agency that creates and executes go-to-market plans for world-changing brands. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead multi-platform advertising campaigns that maximize total client insights and revenue. This person will coordinate the execution of digital campaigns with dedicated platform specialists, oversee key performance indicators with analytical experts, and communicate results on regular client calls. A strong experience in the Retail space is an important plus for our client mix.

Responsibilities

• Drive campaign strategy for consumer packaged goods that are sold at big box retailers, on their websites, as well as in their brick and mortar locations.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of capabilities of digital advertising platforms including GoogleAds, YouTube, and Facebook/Instagram.
• Lead written and verbal communications especially with high-profile retailers like WalMart, Target, HomeDepot.
• Inspire and direct the creative team and subject matter experts to manage projects to completion and campaigns to exceed expectations.
• Analyze data, interpret underlying trends, and propose actions with support from data specialists and channel experts.
• Synthesize performance insights into a cohesive business story and present to key stakeholders at client and external teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years corporate experience, agency preferred
• 3+ years of digital retail experience
• Preferred Education: Bachelors in Advertising, Business, or Communications
• Proficient in presentation software (including MS PowerPoint, GoogleSlides, Keynote) and data tools including Excel, GoogleSheets and DataStudio
• Above average collaboration skills, including tools like Slack, Teams, & GoogleSuite, and Project Management software
