Integrium is a well-established, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) with a mature in-patient (Phase 1) unit focused on early phase drug and device development within the Cardiovascular, Metabolic Renal, Inflammatory, Dermatologic, Wound Healing, Oncology, Regenerative, and Orphan Disease Therapeutic areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Integrium is seeking the services of a Director of Business Development who can further develop, maintain, and manage its Phase 1 and Phase 2 Business Development activities as follows:

· Refine marketing strategies targeting small to medium -sized Pharma and Biotech companies requiring early phase development.

· Create and develop a pipeline of established and new accounts.

· Manage the contract lifecycle from initial client introductions, proposal build, bid presentation and award.

· Cultivate and maintain strategic Pharma and Biotech client relationships.

· Collaborate internally with clinical operations, finance, legal and other stakeholders in acquiring and executing awarded contracts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· MBA OR BA or BS degree in Biological Sciences.

· Four-to-seven-year CRO Business Development track record.

· Familiarity with clinical trials services marketing strategies.

· Ability to work concurrently on several projects business leads.

· Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and FDA regulations governing conduct of clinical research.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and applicable sales lead generating software.

· Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

· Must be customer oriented and flexible.

· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

· Excellent ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing.

· Travel is required to cultivate and maintain current and prospective clients.

· Reliable organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
