Position: Embedded and Firmware Software Engineer

Type: Full-time, Permanent role. W2 role, must live in the USA, and be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Location: Hybrid Remote in Oklahoma City (3 days in office, 2 days remote). They will cover your hotel stay if you are coming from a nearby state. They also offer Relocation Assistance.

Pay: $80,000-130,000 annually, depending on experience and knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop embedded software designs for sensors and sensing systems for an automotive application environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Linux and/or RTOS operating systems.
- Software development and design experience.
- Experienced in C programming and/or low-level driving.
- Develop and design embedded software and firmware using C languages.
- Develop closed loop digital control systems.
- Debug and test firmware on hardware platforms.
- Update and maintain code using GIT, Confluence, and Jira.
- Assist in research and development efforts relating to pressure sensors, strain gauges, wireless sensors, etc.
- Assist in connectivity over vehicle networking such as TCP/IP, CAN, MQTT, J1939, J2497, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- C++/C Engineering (3-5 years)
- Linux and/or RTOS
- Knowledge of Embedded hardened computer systems.
- Familiar with GIT, Jira, and Confluence.
- Python, PHP, Java, Perl, JSON, Apache, etc.
- Networking protocols: TCP/IP, NTP, DHCP, RTSP, UDP, CAN, J1939
- Physical Interfaces: Ethernet, USB, Data over Power, GPIO, RS-485.
- Wireless Interfaces: Cellular, Wifi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Sub GHz Radios.
- Wired Sensors with interface with ADC from temperature, pressure, strain gauges, radar, ultrasonic, etc.
- AWS and Cloud Services Interface

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
