WSR is seeking a full time Assistant Account Manager to support our Employee Benefits Insurance team.

This position would be ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of employee benefits experience looking to grow their insurance career.

Core Responsibilities:

• Continue growth of insurance knowledge and stay informed of changes in the insurance industry
• Assist servicing staff in building and maintaining client relations
• Assist in client renewals
• Build groups and plans in Ease
• Verify and update policies according to application
• Process enrollments and terminations
• Implement and update COBRA Administrator
• Verify status of individual policies

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of employee benefits insurance experience required
• Current California Life and Health license or willing to obtain one within one year of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills
• Computer proficient and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
