Four Wheel Campers, a progressive, fast paced and growing manufacturing business, is looking for a talented and dedicated Engineering Manager to motivate and lead the young but talented engineering team. The Engineering Departments primary focus is to work with Manufacturing on product and process engineering:

· Document and refine existing product line

· Develop new products

· Troubleshoot and refine existing production process to improve efficiencies

· Increase automation

· Maintain existing production files & systems

Position reports to the CEO and has high visibility throughout the organization. Position interacts with Production, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Vendors and Customers. Must be able to thrive in a team oriented, collaborative work environment with dedicated co-workers who are passionate about our company and our products.

Requirements include:

• 5-10 years previous Engineering Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability leading teams to consistently meet deadlines in fast paced challenging environments
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High EQ
• 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ideally with prior hands on experience working with power tools and or machine tools to make or repair products
• Extensive knowledge of, Solidworks, Excel, Python, Java, sql, C++, or other programing languages
• Place high value on respecting co-workers, and contributing to a respectful work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
