Major NYC Fireproofing Contractor seeking Motivated, Hard-Working, Team Player to work out of office in Calverton, NY

Island International Enterprises, LLC, a leading provider of spray on fireproofing services for New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry Level Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with various tasks within the accounting department

Full Time Position Located in Calverton, NY. 8am-5pm

We are willing to train the right candidate. Recent College Grad is ok.

This position has room for Advancement

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist Payroll Manager with Union Payroll.

- Certified Payroll Reporting, submit through 3rd party systems

- Process new hire/termination paperwork

- Reconcile Amex and fuel credit cards

- Assist with Union and General Contractor Audits

- Data Entry

Qualifications:

- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office

- Timberline software experience helpful, but not required

- Strong written and communication skills

- Self-motivated and multi-tasker

- Proactive and truly enjoys providing superior service

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to work in a team environment a MUST
