Come join our team with this excellent opportunity in our New York office as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders of Macquarie. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment that offers senior-level management exposure then this is the opportunity for you!

As an Executive Assistant supporting a team in Real Assets within Macquarie Asset Management Private Markets, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

You will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives using Concur. You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support their success. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion, demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible and have excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will need strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, a strong sense of ownership, excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Financial industry experience is preferred.

Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
