Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, files, forms and reports, arranging meetings and processing confidential documents.

Licensure in good standing by the appropriate state pharmacy board required. Contribute to and develop pharmacy-specific policies and procedures.

Assess cost of materials, labor, and other various business expenses for probability and cost benefit analysis. Assist with Net income analysis and forecast.

Record and account for multiple agents making client deposits and carrier payments in primary and subsidiary trust accounts.

Assist with incoming and outgoing mail correspondence. Keep reception area clean and welcoming. Administrative or clerical experience a plus.
