We provide an economic and environmentally friendly option to repairing a customers automotive needs. As we continue to grow we are looking to add a full-time controller. Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing all financial duties
• Balance daily sales transactions
• Create a fiscal budget while monitoring and meeting with dept managers to review budget vs actual.
• Create financial and forecasting reports using excel and other software programs.
• Complete general ledgers and journal entries into QuickBooks
• Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts
• Oversee all accounts payable and receivable processes
• Complete all payroll responsibilities for the company
• Oversee and managing HR duties and employee benefit plans.
• Assist with researching insurance policies and cost efficient premiums
• Perform internal audits and account reconciliations.
• Calculate and process all tax obligations
• Manage and hire any additional financial staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance
• Master's in business or accounting encouraged
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting
• Advanced computer skills in excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite and various financial software platforms
