We started as owner operators then transitioned into our dispatcher’s role with our own fleet of trucks.

Our services are customized to your specific truck and driver’s needs. Our dispatchers handle all forms of communication and keep in constant communication with our owner operators and fleet owners. We learned and studied the industry and became very successful with booking good freight from the driver seat and we also have direct contracts with shippers for dedicated lanes nationwide. At Kulture Logistix we treat you and your truck(s) as if it was one of our own. We value owner operators and fleet owners as well because we are one of you! We strive for high performance with every load that we book for each owner operator and fleet owner because we believe that as carriers, we have to look out for each other. Requirements:

• Must have current active CDL
• Must have own operating authority
• Dependability/Communication is key
• Must have a trailer attached to semi such as Dry-Van/Reefer/Flatbed

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per week
